Posting for the sake of posting.

January 19, 2008

Yeah my life has not interesting enough lately to be posting too much, but I feel like my readers [all 3 of them]  may be getting bored. So I’ll just tell you about my night yesterday, since I did some pretty cool stuff. I went to my youth leaders’ [Nic and Laura] house last night with a couple of my friends [the girls at the house with Laura, the guys at the church with Nic]. So without the boys to hold us back we had the ultimate girls’ night, complete with cookies [eh, no cinnamon rolls], chips, Gatorade, and a nice movie. The purpose was to meet and hang out with a girl from Moody Bible Institute who is staying in Miami for a semester as part of an internship or something. So we talked for a while about random stuff, stuffed our faces, and then went to watch the movie. That movie was The Ultimate Gift. Now I thought it was going to be an okay movie, but not amazing or anything. I was wrong. The whole situation was pretty unrealistic, sure, but I thought that overall it was great. It was funny, it was sad, it was cute, it was even pretty intense at one point. You may have seen it and may not have liked it, but I did, so I was happy we watched it. So yeah this one of those pointless blogs again but these always seem to get the comments. Haha.

It’s not pointless. You’re bringing up all kinds of stuff to comment about…

Moody? That’s cool, how did talking with her go?

And ah, after clicking that link I remember hearing something about that movie, but I never saw it.

It went really well. Besides, she has a great sense of humor so when I said something funny she actually laughed. She’s great. It sucks she’s only here for a semester though she seems like someone I could really get along with (:

Thank you for posting! I was starting to feel silly visiting your blog twice a day to see the same video posted :-P

Girl’s nights are always fun, I usually have get togethers with mixed company though. I sort of had a girl’s night last night. I went shopping with a friend of mine and found an awesome jacket-coat-thing! It was only like $5.50 ^_^ it made me super happy. Sadly, it’s too thin to work effectively as a coat in Michigan right now, but it should be good for the nights in Florida during spring break :-)
