- I’m not in a really good mood right now. It seems to always happen on Sundays when I’m at home during that time after church and before youth group.
- For the past 3 days or so, everyone I usually talk to online have been off doing either really fun or important things while I’ve been stuck at home bored and alone. This is why I need to get a life!
- I am particularly mad at China right now. If you’ve been watching the Olympics, especially if you watched the gymnastics portion of it, you know about the age controversy concerning China’s Women’s Gymnastics Team. They shouldn’t even be called the Women’s Team. They’re more like the Preschool Team. There have been reports that they lied on their passports about the years they were born so that they could be eligible to be in the Olympics. According to rumors, most of them were born in 1993 or 1994, making them too young [you have to have been born in 1992]. And I’m pretty sure that those aren’t rumors. I mean they look like they’re 10 years old! If it wasn’t for them lying about their age, The U.S. Team would have gold and Nastia Liukin would have another individual gold, which she deserves seeing as the Chinese [5 year old] gold medalist got the same score as she did.
- Tomorrow I start my first full week of school. Ew. I am praying that school will get better as time progresses because right now it just really stinks. Last year was much better.
- Another reason why I’m sort of bummed is that today my parents drove me about 20 miles to this Christian bookstore to pick up these prizes I won on the best radio station there is, but it turns out they don’t open on Sunday. I mean I understand that closing on Sunday makes sense but the Christian bookstore that’s close to me opens on Sunday! And that was a waste of like 4 bucks on gas.
